To guarantee a safe environment for all, employers must take necessary steps to address any complaints of such harassment. Part XVA of the Employment Act 1955 states that employers have the statutory obligation to investigate any reports of sexual harassment. Harassment can include, but is not limited to, inappropriate comments, physical contact or gestures, unwelcomed invitations, leering or whistling, suggestive jokes, threats or demands, and requests for sexual favours. It can happen at work-related social functions, while on work assignments outside the workplace, during work-related conferences or training sessions, on work-related travel, via telephone, electronic media, and social media. Therefore, employers should take all the necessary steps to prevent and address all cases of sexual harassment in the workplace..
[Audio] Sexual harassment is a serious matter that has no place in the workplace or any other environment. Hovid Pharmacy has zero tolerance for any form of sexual harassment. Sexual harassment can take different forms, including verbal, non-verbal or gesture, visual, psychological, and physical harassment. Verbal harassment includes making offensive remarks, comments, or jokes of a sexual nature, as well as questioning. Non-verbal or gesture harassment includes leering, licking lips, or making suggestive signs with the hands. Visual harassment may include showing pornographic material or drawing sex-based sketches or writing such letters. Psychological harassment involves sending unwanted invitations or proposals for dates or physical intimacy. Finally, physical harassment consists of unwanted touching, pinching, stroking, brushing up against the body, hugging, kissing, and fondling. Hovid Pharmacy takes these issues seriously and encourages any employee to report incidents of sexual harassment immediately..
[Audio] Employees of Hovid Pharmacy have a grievance procedure to guarantee that any conceivable conflicts or issues are dealt with equitably and rapidly. If a representative feels they have a complaint, they should present a composed protest to their Head of Department, depicting the reason, date and time, and all applicable supporting documents. The Head of Department will research the issue and answer inside seven business days. It should be noted that all leave applications must be submitted three working days in advance and employees can carry forward a maximum of five days of leave to be utilized by the end of March of the next year..
[Audio] Replacement leave is a type of leave that is granted at the discretion of the Company when an employee is requested to perform official duties on a rest or off day or a public holiday. Such leave must be taken within 90 days from the date of approval and requires the approval of the Company beforehand. Additionally, examination leave is available to confirmed staff for courses that are related to their scope and nature of work, but they must inform the Company prior to taking the course..

Upon giving the due notice of 3 months prior to the commencement of the leave, they are entitled to up to 98 consecutive calendar days on full pay in the event of up to 5 surviving children. In the event of paternity leave, 12 months of service with the company are necessary to gain eligibility. The staff member is entitled to 7 consecutive calendar days on full pay up to 5 confinements, regardless of the number of legal spouses. In such cases, staff may be eligible for up to 6 months of leave, two months with full pay, two months with half pay, and two months with no pay. Outpatient visits are payable at 100 for Grades M1 through M4 and 60 for any other grade; specialists' treatments are payable at 75 for Grades M1 to M4 and 50 for any other grade. Dental coverage is 270 per year for Grades M1 to M4, and 220 per year for any other grade. Panel non panel coverage is 150 for Grades M1 to M4 and 100 for any other grade..
