There was team growth with 12 new personnel joining, and a Catalyst Facilitator, CPI Facilitator, and multiple Trailblazer Champions were brought on board. A total of 3 probation reviews and 5 annual performance reviews were completed in 2023, with 88.9% of the staff achieving performance objectives. An operational system was launched for all leave and employee-related documentation, plus a live Excel spreadsheet was developed to monitor electronic inventory in real-time. To top it off, a 2023 skills audit was conducted, which revealed a need for training all employees in systems, management and risk management practices..

[Audio] Operations Department has been busy lately with the successful renewal of three contracts, issuance of three new role contracts, and providing one contract extension letter. In addition, three team away days and two farewell events involving all the team members have been successfully organized and hosted. These activities have helped to strengthen team engagement and build a positive team spirit. We are certain that all decisions made will benefit the team and make it more productive and efficient..

We've held five professional development sessions, trained the entire team on Salesforce, and had one team member progress from Business Development Officer to Business Development Manager. We have also had twelve team members depart, nine team members concluded their contracts, and three team members secured new opportunities. Additionally, we have had three team members progress from program coordinators to program officers, completed Leave Portal management training, participated in a branding and marketing workshop, increased Microsoft 365 proficiency, and held Supervisor's Leadership Training and Team Transitions and Transformations. We also conducted six inductions for new team members, conducted ten exit interviews for existing staff, and welcomed five new full-time team members..
