This means expanding into new areas of work and learning. We become bored and distracted, when we feel that our work is routine and repetitive. We feel motivated, when our work is appreciated. ​.

First one starts off as a constable, then senior constable, and then the head constable. After that, they grow into the post of an ASI then sub-inspector and finally inspector. The future journey inspires us to keep improving at our job and grow in our careers. ​.

Objective: We want to create the next set of leaders by developing the top talent from within the organization. In every 6 months, we evaluate the employees basis of their performance. Your designation can change every 6 months depending on your performance, skillset and metrics. An associate can grow into positions of Deputy SI, Shift Incharge, Deputy DHM, Delivery Hub Manager then Deputy CLM and finally CLM or Cluster Manager. ​.
