10  -  Line   ups (Recruiter  has  to  call  10  best  n  suitable candidates  as  per  the JD &  Resume  need   to  be  forwarded to  validator  for  the   Validation). 7 -   Validations (Out of  the  above submitted  10  resumes  at  least  7  has  to  be  approved by  validator that  they  are  in  fitment  with the JD and  that's call   Validation.) 5 -  Turn  Ups (From  the  above validated  7  candidate at  least  5  has  to  appear the  interview  next   day  or the  date  provided by  the  HR of  the   company  and  that's call   Turn-Up).

Each Recruiter/ day/   requirement: 11:30  PM  -  2   Resumes 2:00  PM    -  2   Resumes 5:00  PM    -  3   Resumes  6:00 PM   -   Tracker  must be sent.  No  more resume  for  that   day Why  only 7  resume  per  day  per   recruiter? It  will  remove  unnecessary  burden from validator  as   well as recruiter. Recruiter  would  be independent quickly  by focusing   more  on quality  rather  in  quantity   resumes.

First  15   Days: From  the  very  First  day  of  working till  15th  day,  recruiter/Caller  must be on  10/7/5 else  he/she  is out  from  the  system.  From  16th  day,  he/she  must be on  "Rules of   Validation" 12:00  PM  - 3   Resume. 2:00 PM   - 3   Resume. 4:00  PM   - 3   Resume. 5:00  PM   - 1   Resume. 5.30 PM -  Tracker  need  to  be   send (If he/ she  is not  able  to  qualify  10/7/5  for  1  week,  A  warning  letter  should be  issues and he/she  should be given  1  more  week  to perform  with clearly  stating   that non-  performance  will lead  to  Auto   termination.)

In our industry of recruitment, the biggest problem is of Turn ups and everyone is facing the  same but with our process of "8 steps of recruitment call", we over come this nearly 90% and this  average is the best in the recruitment industry and that's our success formula.

This " 8 steps of recruitment call" has to be done with each n every candidate to ensure his/her  turn up for the interview. This entire process nearly take 24 hours of completion and it has to be  followed very religiously.

Self Introduction-  Introduce your  self  in 1   Line Know  your  candidate-  understand  about  candidate  and  his   profile Job  Description  –  Explain  the JD  to  the   candidate Salary Negotiation-  Negotiate  the  CTC  according  to  the   budget JD  over  email- Send JD  over candidate’s   email UPDATED  RESUME-   ASK  CANDIDATE  TO  REPLY  WITH  UPDATED   RESUME

Resume  Received-  Call  the  candidate  and  inform  him that  you  have  received  the  resume,   Update  him if  any  change is  required  according  the  profile  & ask  for  reshare.  Also  inform  him  about  validation   call. Resume  not  received-  Call  the  candidate  and  inform  him  that  this is an  urgent  position   and  resume  is  required  urgently.  Give  him  fear  of   loss. (Note- This call  should  be  as  soon  as     you receive  the  resume/  If  not  received  do  it  after  30 Min  of   1st  call)

AHA  Call- Call  the  candidate with full energy  &  enthusiasm  to  congratulate  him  for  clearing   the  Validation/ CV Shortlisting.  This call is  to  boost  the  candidate’s   confidence. (Note- Call should  be  done  to  the  validated  candidates only  and  within  30  min  of   validation)

Address  &  Contact Detail-  Send  the  complete  address/  contact details/  Online or   telephonic   Interview details  to  the  candidate  over  email and  message  or   WhatsApp. Details  should be clear and  crisp  with all the  required information,  like  venue,     Location,  Date,   Time, Meeting  person  name,  Online meeting  detail   etc. (Note- This should be shared  after  1  hour of  step   3)

STEP-5	             ADDRESS   CONFIRMATION

Address Confirmation- Call  for  confirmation of  the  details of Interview Location  &  other  details,   if he has  received or not.  Also  inform  his about  Company,  Products,    Services &   Website. (Note- This should be done  after  1  hour of  step   4)

Good  Night Message-  Send a Good  Night  Message  with  a  reminder  to attend  the  interview  in   formals  with updated   resume. Also  remind  to  read  about  Company,  Products  & Services. Ask  to  go  through  website   again. (Note- This should be  done  before  8:30   PM)

Scene 15

Final Reminder Call- This call should  be  done by  9:30 AM  to  check the  final  status  of   candidate.  Also this  is  required to  confirm  the   HR. (If candidate  asks  for  reschedule, Do not reschedule  immediately.  Ask him  to  wait, Check with   your  SPOC  and  confirm  the  candidate   accordingly.)
