This service is only available for prepaid numbers alone and is not supported on post-paid numbers..

This service deducts money directly from the subscriber’s airtime account upon selecting Yes, denoting the subscriber has made a subscription request .

This service has auto renewal, thus implying that after the duration of the subscription, SDP (Service Delivery Platform) will attempt to renew meaning the service will debit the account of the subscriber at the end of the duration of the service to renew that service again for a new period

In  the event the renewal period has started, and the subscriber’s account has low funds to allow that subscription renewal, the service will attempt to make the renewal for the next 14 days. In the period that the subscription renewal has not been successful the user will not receive any tips until the next successful renewal. Please note that upon top up of the subscribers account during the renewal phase, and the amount is sufficient for the renewal it will debit the user’s account for a renewal  u  can simply impress your audience and add a unique zing

Upon  an unsuccessful subscription due to low funds in the subscriber’s airtime account, the subscriber will receive a message notifying them that they have insufficient funds to subscribe for that singled out service

If a customer attempts to subscribe to an already active subscription the customer will be notified that there is an already existing subscription.  There will be no double deductions made for an already existing subscription.

A customer can opt out of an active subscription (unsubscribe) and will stop getting notifications immediately after opting out.

A customer can also re-activate a subscription that they deactivated. .
