Login to the website https://certifications.nism.ac.in/nismaol/.

Fill in the candidate registration form as per the instructions given Once you submit the form you will receive an activation email (which you have given while registration) from NISM. You need to click on this email and verify your email ID within 1 hour of logging in. Once you confirm your email id NISM will take 1 -2 working days to approve your registration on NISM. Incase your status is not approved you need to check with NISM the reason for which it is disapproved.
