[Audio] Our mission is to prevent homelessness, combat poverty, cultivate self sufficiency, restore hope and glorify god through the faithful provision of services that directly address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs for families and individuals who are struggling in Central Florida..

[Audio] Since 1975 we have been providing lunch to the community no questions asked. Anyone and everyone is welcome to come have a free hot meal. Lunch is served Monday through Friday at 12:00pm and Sundays at 11AM, light breakfast is served through Compassion Corner Monday-Thursday at 9AM and Dinner is served by straight street at 5:30PM..

[Audio] The food pantry is available once a month to those with housing. To access the food pantry please visit the front desk with your membership badge and proof of residence such as a lease, utility bill, or hotel receipt. Once your information is confirmed we will be able to provide you with supplemental groceries for the members of your household. The Food pantry is available Monday- Thursday 9am -4pm and Friday's 9am-12pm..

[Audio] Clothing Vouchers are provided once every two weeks. To receive your electronic voucher, visit our front desk and show staff your membership ID. Staff on duty will check the date of your last voucher and if it has been 2 weeks you will be eligible to have your voucher processed. Once your voucher has been processed you will walk through our parking lot to the Unique Boutique and check in at the clothing store desk. Please present your badge to the staff or volunteer so they can find your voucher. It important that you use your voucher the same week you received it by Friday 12pm Otherwise your voucher will expire, and you will not be eligible for a new voucher for 2 weeks from the date that you were originally put into the system. Vouchers are processed Monday- Thursday from 9am -1:45pm and Fridays 9 am – 11:45am. The Thrift store hours are Monday- Thursday 9-2pm and Fridays 9-12pm..

[Audio] Visit our Access Point located at Suite 2 Monday-Thursday from 9:30AM on a first come first serve basis only. You will have a creative housing conversation to empower and guide you to the next steps you need to take to become self sustainable. We have client advocates that will be available to assist you as needed with resume building, job searches, housing searches, rental applications and more! If eligible housing assessments may be completed for other housing programs-This is not a guarantee and wait times can vary..

[Audio] Our legal services are provided through The Medical- Legal Partnership and is available Monday-Friday by appointment only. Our legal team is able to help with a number of different legal services such as: Public benefit denials, landlord tenant law, family law, advance directives, education law, and elder advocacy. To speak with the legal team, visit the front desk to fill out required paperwork. The legal team will go over your information and they will give you a call to schedule a consultation..

[Audio] Compassion Corner is Here for your next best steps forward! Visit Compassion Corner for breakfast, Bible study, transportation for verified appointments and more. They are located in the Daily Bread Dining Hall Monday-Thursday from 9:00AM-11:00AM and after lunch from 1:00PM-3:00PM.

[Audio] SALT is open Sundays 9AM-4PM Monday-Thursday 9AM-5PM and Closed every second Monday for deep cleaning. Salt provides Case Management Showers, Mail Services through case management only, Laundry Services, Barber and haircutting services, Indoor and Outdoor charging stations. Salt partners with Hope and Help medical outreach Tuesdays at 9:30AM providing vital medical testing such as HIV and Hep C as well as the syringe exchange program. Listen for announcements for monthly dental services. Vote Rider services are provided on every 4th Thursday for IDs, birth certificates and social security cards..

[Audio] The Straight Street food share event is Monday-Friday at 5:30PM providing a hot meal for dinner in the courtyard. Please remember to follow the food share rules and procedures and directions of the security officers at all times for your safety and enjoyment of your meal! Straight street offers bi-weekly essentials and hygiene items as well as a partnership with Heart for the Homeless providing monthly medical services including skin and wound care,.

[Audio] First Step Staffing agency assists individuals with a barrier to finding employment to get back into the workforce with immediate placement and providing transportation to work. For current job openings visit first step Monday-Friday from 9:30AM- 2:00PM at suite three located on the side of the Christian Service Center with access through the parking lot. You must have two forms of ID, If you need assistance with acquiring ID ask reception for information on Idignity. First Step will perform a national background check on all applicants for the past ten years (Violent and sexual offences will not be accepted into the program) a 10-12 Panel Drug test will be done upon application in house..

[Audio] For your medical, health and wellness needs we have partnered with other agencies in the community. Aspire offers mental health conversations on Thursdays at 9AM at suite one. Orange Blossom Family Health provides medical appointments, prescriptions, health screenings and mental health appointments Tuesdays and Thursdays 10AM-2PM at Suite 2. N.A. and A.A. meetings are held at the center Fridays at 7PM and Saturday and Sundays at 12 noon..

[Audio] As a member you are now able to access our brand new computer lab! The computer lab consists of 8 computer stations with a phone at each station for regular phone calls and 2 additional phones for longer calls. The lab is for productive use only, productive use can look like, job search or applications, housing search or applications, checking your email, making doctors appointments, food stamp applications, or just about anything that would be helpful to your everyday life. Computer use is limited to 1 hour at a time. However, phone use on the additional phones is based on the call you are making. We understand that if you are using the phone for food stamps or Social security this can be a lengthy process. If you are using a phone to contact a friend or family member please keep your conversations to about 20 min max. Please note, social media and inappropriate websites are not allowed in the computer lab. If you are caught on either social media or an inappropriate website you will no longer be able to utilize the computer lab for a set amount of time determined by staff. Computer lab hours Monday- Thursday 9 am -12pm and 1pm-4pm. On Friday's the computer lab is open from 9-12pm..

[Audio] Another Perk we offer is The Barber Academy of Orlando coming out to cut hair every Tuesday from 10:30-1:30pm. As a member of the CSC, you are also able to go to their shop and receive a free haircut as long as you are able to present your membership badge..

[Audio] Soon there will be a security gate in the front where you will be asked to scan your badge in order to come on to the property. Eventually, any service and partner you see on property will also be scanning your badge. This helps us immensely with data collection, which is necessary for us to continue to receive funding so that we can continue to provide you with services. Your badge will include a photo of you, your date of birth and an ID# with a scan bar. If you lose your badge visit reception to request a reprint. Food stamp applications and assistance is on Mondays from 9:00AM on a first come first serve only basis- You may use the computer lab for food stamps as well. More information on CSC mail services coming soon! Currently mail services are only with the partner that you signed up through, Compassion Corner or SALT. CSC does not yet distribute mail at reception. If you are experiencing a non-emergency medical issue and need to access medical services outside of Tuesday and Thursday the Orange Blossom Health Clinic is located on the corner of OBT and Robinson..

[Audio] To sign up to volunteer, please visit the computer lab and complete a new volunteer application through our website ChristianServiceCenter.org. Once you have completed the application, you can sign into the volunteer portal and sign up for a shift. Please be sure that you arrive on time to your shift and clock in. We are able to sign off on any community service hours that you may need as well..
