This will at the same time help promote a safe and healthful work environment for yourself and your coworkers alike. This presentation is also dedicated to your family and loved ones. This presentation along with our Safety Program manual will help instill good work habits which can be taken with you wherever you go. A copy of the Safety Manual will be kept at the site office trailer for your reference. You are the Future. We look forward to a safe and long term working relationship with you..

[Audio] Sexual Harassment Policy Statement Grae-Con Construction, Inc., Special Installations, Grae-Con Process Piping, LLC, and Grae-Con Electric, Inc. are committed to provide a work environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. Further it shall be understood by all employees that sexual harassment in the workplace is in violation of our company policies. • Sexual harassment constitutes discrimination and is illegal under federal, state and local laws. For the purposes of this policy, "sexual harassment" is defined, as in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Guidelines, as unwelcomed sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature will be constituting harassment when submission to such conduct is made a term or a condition of an individual's employment. • When submission or rejection of such conduct is used in employment decisions affecting the individual involved, or; • When such behaviors have the effect of interfering with an individual's work or of creating an offensive work environment. It is our policy to take corrective actions should acts of sexual harassment in the workplace occur. Believing that prevention is the most appropriate activity in seeking the elimination of sexual harassment, it is our policy to express our rejection of such behavior on an annual basis. All employees shall know of their right to raise the issue of harassment with either, the General Superintendent, Project Superintendent, or Corporate Officer. For employees at project sites, grievances need to be directed to the highest rank management available, who has the responsibility for carrying the issue to the President for resolution. Corrective actions are to be instituted with all deliberate speed..

[Audio] Professional Conduct & Language Grae-Con Construction Prides Itself on Workers and Management conducting themselves in a Professional Manner. Below are some Guidelines of Acceptable Types of Professional Conduct. Report for work on time and ready to work Work with Safety in mind Ensure that you are capable of an assigned task. (let supervisor know if not) Good Communication (remember good communication is a 2-way act) Wait for the speaker to pause to ask clarifying questions Use Respectful Language (Do not be Threatening or Demeaning) Good Body Language (Lets others know you are listening) Offer to Help someone if you think they need it. Be supportive and not combative Always encourage input and ideas If you have an idea on how to do a task safer relay it to your supervisor Remember to treat others like you want to be treated with dignity & respect..

Below are some unacceptable examples that may lead to disciplinary action up to and Including Termination. Insubordination Refusal to Work Sexual Harassment Racial Slurs Threatening Language Threats of Retaliation ( Site or Personal) Inciting Violence or Site Unrest Acts of Violence Theft Intentional Property Damage Any Other Non-Professional Conduct or Language.

[Audio] Reporting for Work Report to your immediate supervisor Attend the STA meeting Participate in the STA meeting Ask any pertinent questions relating to your job or task assigned Ensure you are qualified by experience or training to complete task Sign in and out on your STA sheet It gives the supervisor a record of who is on the job Sign or print legibly Understand it may save your life if an emergency arises At the END of the shift sign out (It might save a rescuer's life looking for someone who has already left).

[Audio] Grae-Con General Safety Policy All employees including management of Grae-Con are expected to follow the Safety and Health policies and programs. All supervisors will strictly enforce the Safety and Health policies and programs. Training will be provided to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed. PPE Grae-Con minimum requirements Hard Hat Safety Glasses Safety Toe Boots Other PPE will be required for specific tasks and will be covered at the STA meeting Submitting to Drug and Alcohol testing (including random) is a condition of employment.
