Construction of Nitrogen Generator. The Nitrogen Generator consists of following Components Air Compressor, It compresses air sucked from atmosphere and delivers it to the reservoir Tank Air dryer , It removes moisture from compressed air and dry air enters into Adsorber Tanks respectively Reservoir Tank , It stores air delivered by the compressor. Adsorber Tank1 and Tank2 with Membrane/separator in each , Dry air enters into respective tank where Nitrogen is extracted from it with the help of membrane/ Separator. Inlet Valve , Dry air enters through it into the adsorber Tank. Each tank has it’s inlet valve, discharge and delivery valve. Discharge valve , After extraction of nitrogen from the air remaining are discharged through it. Delivery valve , Through this nitrogen is delivered to the point of application..
