Who can suffer mental illness?. Anyone can suffer mental illness or he/she has suffered or is suffering. How can we help solve this problem First we must realize that stigma against mental illness is real problem and we must be willing to help. We must try our best not to belittle them or make them feel like they are inferior. And this can be done by putting yourself in their shoes. We can also solve this problem by providing more education on mental health. The more we learn it the less we stigmatize and less fear to those with mental problems. To all of you fighting through mental illness, am here for you, I care for you, am proud of you and I value you. You are so much more than your mental illness. You are beautiful people and you deserve to be loved. Thank you for listening to me and God bless you.
