1. Ensure all personnel are wearing safety impact gloves, safety goggles, safety boots and safety vest. Personnel with any of the item missing are to stay out of the working zone. Personal penknife are not allowed, only use safety retractable penknife approved by Microsoft. Any obstruction along the corridor please inform Microsoft team for help. All personnel are not allowed to place any obstruction along the walkway. All tools after use are to be place into the tote box,do not leave it around unattended..

2. Ensure truckers reversing slowly into the loading dock is being guided by two traffic marshall and truckers are to wind down both vehicle windows. After truck is parked,ensure wheelchock is set in place. Ensure truck engine is on for unloading activities. 4 manpower required when unloading the Racks from the trucks,1 controlling the pallet-truck,2 manpower pushing from the back and 1 manpower on the side. 2 manpower required for pushing the racks on levelled ground,the one pushing the rack to check left and right constantly to ensure no blockage or obstructions. Ensure electronic pallet-truck is set to slow speed and no fast sharp turning when carrying load. When unloading the racks ensure it is pushed over the loading dock ramp before doing any maneuvering to left or right..

3. Before unpacking of rack, ensure tilt-watch, shock-watch are not activated and no damages. Any discrepancies are to be reported to the Microsoft team immediately. Housekeeping are to be done at all times to prevent slip,trip and fall hazard. 2 manpower required for usage of ladder,1 manpower holding the ladder firmly then another manpower climb the ladder using 3 point contact. Works are only allowed to carry out only when standing on the ladder platform. Ensure nothing is placed or blocking the emergency exits doors..

4. 4 Personnel required for unloading rack from pallet, each personnel at one corner controlling the speed and direction of the racks from the pallet down the ramp. No one is allowed to stand infront of the racks, on the pallets and ramp. Stabilizer are to be installed once rack is unloaded from the original pallet,Stabilizer not in use are to be stored back to the stabilizer racking. Personnel entering Colos are to wear ear plugs at all times. Area cleaning to be done after job completion. Safety is the priority. Thank you..
