He will discuss updates to various programs including health and wealth coordinated system of care maternal care coordination model rural training track magnet updates exercise wellness program updates special events/marketing highlights. [Audio] Our Health and Wealth program has seen great interest with 27 staff members expressing interest in financial education. Currently 14 of them are participating in the program. We are eagerly awaiting I-R-B approvals. Moving onto our Coordinated System of Care we are looking forward to being trained on the Findhelp platform. We are excited to identify 4-5 partners to begin with on the Findhelp platform. Additionally we are planning a community connect event for Wednesday September 4th. The goal of the community connect event is to identify and connect with diverse community partners to initiate planning and development. Our Community Priority Action Planning will collaborate with community partners to identify and address community health needs and develop a plan that maximizes local assets resources and capacity. Finally we are staying the course by strengthening collaboration and strategizing for sustaining the community care coordination plan..
[Audio] Our team is excited to share the update on our Maternal Care Coordination Model in our Operational Report. We are currently working on revising the program pamphlet. An incoming intern will assist. We are eagerly awaiting the billing codes for care coordination services for M-C-H visits. We are thrilled to announce that a Winokur Fellow from Harvard T H Chan School of Public Health will be working with Dr Will Carter on this project. Additionally we are proud to share that Dr Carter has been invited back as a panelist for the Delta Direction’s upcoming meeting which will focus on M-C-H care coordination..
[Audio] 199 participants have outstanding results as the year ends. We are excited to announce that the magnet Day is on June 28. The magnet Day will include blood pressure checks rapid A-1-C checks glucose screenings and C-O-V-I-D screenings. MS Blood Services will be present on-site for blood donations. We are also pleased to inform you that the Annual G-M-E meeting has been scheduled for August. A-E-H and Meharry representatives are expected to attend..
[Audio] We have completed renovations at the Children's Clinic and launched summer workout events and initiatives to reconnect with patients. We have completed the fast-track program for certification as a Personal Trainer and Darius Davis has successfully completed the program. We are always looking for ways to enhance our social media presence and develop engaging content to showcase our A-E-H Exercise Therapy services..

On June 28th we will be celebrating Dr Booker Day and dedicating the Clarksdale Clinic as the William L Booker Medical Facility. Progress on plans is going smoothly and advertisements have been placed on the Crossroads digital billboard. We will also be celebrating Magnet day a special day for our staff and patients to recognize the hard work and dedication of our team. On July 10th we will be hosting a site visit for the National Association of Community Health Centers where we will showcase our project participation in the Call Sprint initiative. Finally on July 11th we will be launching our new project which has confirmed attendance from distinguished guests representing D-R-A U-S-D-A and Southern Bancorp C-E-O Darrin Williams.
