The power plant was test and commissioned on October 10 1998 and began commercial operations on November 15 1998. Our power plant is connected to the Don Gil Garcia Substation through the 69 kilovolts Line owned by veco and is the off-taker of A-S-P-A N-G-C-P and wesm..
