[Audio] The investigation into the yield performance of Bitter Gourd (Momordica charantia, L.) cv. Sta. Rita, particularly focusing on parameters such as Number of fruits per plant, Number of seeds per fruit, Fruit Length, Fruit Girth, Fruit Weight, and Fruit Yield per Plant, revealed substantial insights into the impact of Growth Regulator (GA3) and Vermicompost concentrations on crop productivity. Higher concentrations of both GA3 and Vermicompost treatments generally demonstrated positive correlations with increased yield attributes. Notably, treatment A3 consistently exhibited the most favorable outcomes, signifying the significant influence of elevated GA3 concentration on enhancing bitter gourd yield parameters. The observed enhancements in parameters such as Fruit Length, Fruit Weight, and Fruit Yield per Plant with higher GA3 concentrations align with previous studies suggesting GA3's role in stimulating plant growth, flowering, and fruit development. Moreover, the synergistic effects observed in treatments combining higher concentrations of GA3 and Vermicompost (A3B3) underscored the additive benefits of these growth enhancers on bitter gourd yield attributes. Treatment A3B3 consistently outperformed other treatments across multiple parameters, emphasizing the cooperative impact of optimized GA3 and Vermicompost concentrations in amplifying yield potential. The increased Number of fruits per plant and Number of seeds per fruit with higher concentrations of both GA3 and Vermicompost indicate their influence on enhancing fruit set and seed development in bitter gourd. Statistical analyses revealing non-significant differences among means sharing identical letters within treatment groups imply consistent performance within those treatments across different yield parameters. The study's findings indicate that optimizing GA3 and Vermicompost concentrations can significantly impact bitter gourd's yield attributes, elucidating potential strategies for maximizing crop productivity. Implementing tailored concentrations of these growth enhancers in agricultural practices may offer an avenue for growers to improve yield and quality, ultimately contributing to sustainable cultivation methods and addressing the challenges posed by fluctuating environmental conditions. Further research focusing on elucidating the underlying physiological mechanisms and metabolic pathways influenced by GA3 and Vermicompost treatments could provide deeper insights into how these growth regulators synergistically impact bitter gourd's yield performance..
