[Audio] The study has focused on the negotiation of the gender pay gap as one of the most important current issues. British Chartered Management concluded that if pay growth continues for females the gap between men and women would not be decreased. The study has focused on the gender pay issue in the textile industry. The study has discussed negotiation on the issue of the gender pay gap and how it could be diminished. Negotiation strategies, tactics and relevant theory has been focused on in the study as they can improve negotiations..

[Audio] The study has focused on the socio-economic injustice which is still going on the female garment workers. It shows the insecurity and the lack of support of women that compelled them to do hard work in the garment sector..

[Audio] The study sheds light on the causes that create negotiation on the issue of the gender pay gap which is not expected in any industry or in any country. The Asian countries which are known as developing countries are suffering from inequality in every sector of society..

[Audio] The study sheds light on the positive impact of finishingthe issue. Evidence shows that women can be strong earning members of their families as they have the mental and physical capacities as well as the men have..
