[Audio] Welcome to the MJ Smith, site specific induction. During this induction package I will address specific landowner requirements, environmental hold points, designated access points, and no-go zones as well as basic health and safety requirements for this site..
[Audio] This site is a working agricultural farm. All vehicles entering site must comply with the Arrow Energy Vehicle Hygiene requirements or have a current weed and seed declaration. If any damage is caused to the landowners property or infrastructure, it must be reported to the MJS supervisor immediately. The access to this property is using the access track through Burt's property from Springvale Road. The maximum speed limit is 40 kilometres per hour. The landowner has to provide 2 hours notice for any spraying activities and may involve the use of ariel spraying. If there has been more than 10 mm of rain, entry is only allowed after the landowner has been consulted by the Arrow Land Liaison Officer. All dust suppression activities are to be with dam / treated water only. No production water is permitted to be used on site. All vehicles entering the property must have company signage attached identifying them. Any quarry materials entering the property must have a valid weed and seed declaration accompanying the materials..
[Audio] The access to this property from Dalby is via the Moonie Highway, turn left into Nandi Road, travel along Nandi then turn left into River Road. To access Pad 430 you will turn left into Burt's property and travel along the access track until the bend into Arthurs Property where you will go straight ahead into Valler's. Pad 430 is directly along the access track..
[Audio] Cultural Heritage monitoring is required when the access track to Pad 415 is undertaken in the future. For the development of access tracks from the main gate to pad 435 and the construction of pad 435, the standard cultural heritage conditions apply, being the duty of care to not harm cultural heritage, to cease work and report any harm to any cultural heritage and to cease works and report any suspected cultural heritage located during works, to the MJ Smith supervisor..
[Audio] All personnel and subcontractors are to be inducted prior to access to this site. MJ Smith will be operating heavy machine onsite and call up signage will be in place and must be adhered to. MJ Smith employees will operate on UHF channel 29. Do not attempt to pass any machinery until you have called up and received positive communication back from the operator that it is safe to pass. When passing heavy machinery, you should wait until the ground engaging equipment has been lowered to the ground such as the excavator bucket or the grader blade should be on the ground before you pass. The standard PPE required for this site is listed here. There is overhead powerlines across the access tracks and entry point of this worksite. Where possible catenary lines will be in place however in some locations these will affect the landowners machinery and will not be in place. There will be yellow safety signage for all powerline crossings..
