[Audio] My name is Darren Mitchell, and I enrolled in the business intelligence master's program. The reason I chose this program is because I would like to gain a better understanding of business success. I'm interested in learning business-related skills that I could apply to my business in real time. Throughout this course, I expect to learn how to overcome challenges I might face in business. Through my business success, I plan to expand my business globally and give people opportunities. I want to take my path as an entrepreneur, but I would learn from entrepreneurs I revere and implement their strategies in my business..

[Audio] Upon reading "Return to your origins-The primal inclination strategy," I gained insight into the significance of acknowledging one's early tendencies and the necessity of love and connection to excel in a particular field or subject. What particularly resonated with me was the story about Albert Einstein and how his father gifted him a compass. Einstein was captivated by the unseen magnetic force of the needle and its movement when he changed directions. This compass ignited his curiosity and motivated him to explore other forces. Consequently, all of Einstein's ideas can be traced back to the compass he received from his father, which initially ignited his desire to uncover other hidden forces (Greene, 2012). Sometimes, it is imperative to reflect on our past to rediscover our motivations and reignite that passion to propel us forward..

[Audio] Reading "Occupy the perfect niche- The Darwinian Strategy" taught me that you can master multiple subjects differently. The Ramachandran and Matsuoka paths are strategies you can implement. One includes side paths and subjects related to your niche and not oversaturated. The other approach consists of mastering one field before pursuing another. In addition to conquering your first field, you can also explore others. (Greene, 2012)..

[Audio] Upon reading "Steer clear of the deceptive route - The Rebellion Plan," I learned that selecting a field for incorrect motives can lead to a lack of satisfaction due to its misalignment with our natural inclinations. Consequently, we compensate for this void by seeking validation from the public. The book urges readers to distance themselves from individuals who divert them from their authentic paths and to realize if their career choice was made for the wrong reasons (Greene, 2012). I wholeheartedly concur with this notion. Everyone should adopt the rebellion strategy and employ it as a catalyst to pursue their true purpose..

[Audio] When I read "Let go of the past-The adaptation strategy," I understood that you can reapply the skills you have learned by adapting to your circumstances. Freddie Roach was not the best fighter, but he taught those skills to his fighters and prepared them for battle. I learned from the adaptation strategy that you can always apply the skills you learn to yourself and others. This idea of adapting to the circumstances you are in can be applied to any situation. Learning to adapt quickly in any situation can be a valuable skill. Being aware of your circumstance and willing to try new approaches is essential..

[Audio] After reading "Find your way back- Life or death strategy," I learned you cannot run your destiny. Most people would instead choose another path based on money and material things which can lead to a dead-end career. My takeaway from this section was that you can't have everything in the present. However, you can implement long-term goals, giving you more time to master life's tasks. Therefore, it's essential to stay true to yourself and have the courage to pursue the right path. It's also important to remember that you should never give up in the face of adversity. Taking risks and embracing change can open new opportunities and pathways you may never have considered..

[Audio] Upon reflecting upon all the techniques mentioned in "Finding Your Life's Task," I can identify with each one. In many respects, my pivotal narrative aligns with the principles of evolution put forth by Darwin. Yoki possessed a variety of talents and interests in multiple subjects. While she excelled in numerous fields, she found true happiness only when she delved into engineering and developed a hunger for hands-on work. Yoki's goal was to construct a robot. My journey unfolded with a diverse range of talents and passions. Initially, I aimed to pursue a career in criminal justice and aid individuals in transforming their lives. I dedicated three years to the criminal justice system, yet I realized it did not fulfill me. During the pandemic, I found an opportunity to think about my life's trajectory. It became clear that a 9 to 5 job wasn't my passion, which led me to establish my coffee enterprise. To equip myself with the necessary skills, I enrolled in a digital marketing program to acquire knowledge about target audiences, data analysis, and marketing techniques. Presently, I am pursuing a master's degree in business intelligence. Although these two domains may appear disparate, they possess immense value for any business endeavor. Furthermore, my experience within the criminal justice system aids me in making ethical decisions for my company. Fusing my abilities and expertise will pave the way for a prosperous business venture..
