[Audio] Start with basic concept when working with machine When you are working with Machine [Always…] Checking Safety Device before starting machine Key Point Ensure safety device can working normally by follow checking standard In case safety device broken, The operator should "STOP CALL WAIT" & inform Supervisor immediately. List detail for Daily Check sheet by Production should have 1. List & Frequency for check safety device 2. How to check safety device 3. 3S sticker check 4. Others.

[Audio] Next 3S sticker check For the frequency to check One time per month Risk The operator may pinch on his finger by moving part because he didn't confirm the moving part was stopped completely We should Confirm all step of 3S was attached & indicated at the right position How to check Check 3S sticker still good condition & indicated at the right position If you take a look at example red one is no good Because Don't have some sticker Like S1 S2 S3, And also Attached sticker at wrong position Blue one was good because Have all 3S sticker and put at the right position That's everything for Daily Check sheet by Production Thank you for watching Take care and good bye.

Have you heard this device before? some of you might say NAGARA switch Why we have to pay attention? because The operator may start machine by unintentional by push hand or finger to start switch So, it might get caught by moving part because the device was not follow safety measure against incorrect operation We should: Checking that Start up device is still good condition as standard. As you see in the picture it has 3 type of switch : downward type , upward type and sideway type. So, please check and follow step below, first : Downward type : Recheck lock pin can lock normally and install knob as standard Second Upward and third Sideways type : Re check upper cover still in good condition& arrangement.
