Proxus Solutions is renowned for its professionalism, efficiency, and reliability, which are critical qualities that clients seek in a BPO provider. Nevertheless, the organization encounters significant hurdles with retaining its employees, which negatively impact its capacity to achieve its objectives. With a workforce of 1,000 employees, Proxus Solutions experiences an annual employee turnover rate of 5% to 8%. As is commonly understood, employee turnover can significantly impact a company's productivity, profitability, and overall performance. Therefore, the aim of this case study is to identify the factors contributing to the increase in Proxus Solutions' employee turnover rate. The program incorporates teleworking, which offers numerous benefits to both individuals and organizations, such as enhanced productivity, decreased employee turnover, and improved employee morale and contentment. With the option to work remotely, employees can better manage their time, minimize stress levels, and strike a work-life balance. Additionally, flexible hours and structured breaks for external learning activities can be leveraged to promote professional development and growth. These activities include developing policies and strategies for Flexible Working Arrangements, conducting capacity-building activities to help employees adjust to new remote work infrastructure, providing IT equipment and supplies, engaging in Corporate Social Responsibility Programs and Activities, conducting team-building activities, providing training on Stress Management, Mental Health, and Work-Life Balance, developing volunteer programs for employees, offering performance bonuses, and monitoring and evaluating the program's effectiveness. The total budget required for this program is approximately 8 million pesos, which may seem substantial. However, the anticipated future savings due to an enhanced employee retention rate will more than justify this investment..
