Claims process campaign. Campaign description: To educate and inform clients on the penalties and legalities surrounding late reporting of COIDA claims incidents, how to be issued a claim number and how to claim. Creating a simplistic, clearly defined and linear process to reporting, registering and claiming compensation for cases of injuries or disease in the workplace. This will speak to the target audience who regularly work processes and procedures. The aim is to inform them that the process is simple and as easy as 1,2,3 .
