We will continously produce more to ensure that our patients are satisfied with the quality of linens and patient’s gown that they are using..

[Audio] Hospital scent 2nd Floor Area Lobby Area 3rd Floor Area 4th Floor Area For this year, we wanted to have our signature hospital scent. With the help of our Administrative Council, we have chosen our hospital scent. During the last quarter of this year we have installed reventilizer around the hospital. we have placed it at the hospital lobby, 2nd floor, 3rd floor and 4th floor of the hospital building. We are aiming to make this scent a brand for the hospital, that whenever people smell it, they will think of Adventist Hospital Palawan..

[Audio] Malfunctioned dryer Currently we have 2 dryers in our laundry area, but unfortunately, on July 3, 2023, one of our dryers is no longer functioning due to some of its parts needs replacement which will cost us around Php87,270. We have already requested for the replacement and is still waiting for it to be purchased. As of now, after partially drying, we are sun drying some of our linens to lessen the load of the remaining 1 dryer..

[Audio] Proposed projects for 2024 We still have a lot of work to do in the general services and linen and laundry department of the hospital. here’s some of our projects for the coming year 2024..

[Audio] PATIENT’S ROOM BEAUTIFICATION Patient Room Beautification. This includes repainting the rooms, replacing some of the watcher’s bed foam, replacement of some faucets and mirrors in the comfort Room. This will help us in achieving our goal of providing a hotel-like accomodation not just for our patients, but to our patient’s watchers or families as well..

[Audio] A HEALING corner we are also planning to revived the #AHealingCorner. as we all know, people who are coming in the hospital are already physically ill and probably mentally and emotionally exhausted due to their sickness. with these, our patients may have a place to go to, to breathe and to relax..

[Audio] LANDSCAPE BEAUTIFICATION IN FRONT OF THE HOSPITAL we will add more plants to temporarily cover up the cafeteria kitchen along the highway. we will be planting spider plants in a hanging black pot..

[Audio] LAUNDRY AREA COUNTER TABLE Lastly, we will be repairing the counter tables in our laundry area. this counter tables are used in safekeeping our linens, to make sure that the linens used by our patients are clean and free from any form of contamination. Replacing these counter tables will cost us around 50,000 thousand pesos..
