Over the next few slides I'll be outlining the policies and procedures Inlogic has developed to promote a safe secure and productive working environment for all our employees. [Audio] Employees at Inlogic are required to start work at 8:00 am and finish at 5:00 pm with a one hour lunch break. The working week is five days and there must be a full 24 hours break in between. All staff must always wear their Inlogic ID card and use the biometric entry/exit system. A weekly timesheet must also be submitted for compliance..

[Audio] At Inlogic we take professionalism highly into account. Our dress code is designed to ensure employees present themselves professionally at all times. Men should wear neat well-pressed trousers or pants plain or checked or striped full or half sleeved shirts with normal acceptable patterns and formal leather shoes. Women should wear a Sari or salwar kameez or a business suit or formal trousers or skirts plain or striped with normal acceptable patterns along with sleeved shirts or tops and shoes or slip-ons. [Audio] As part of our new-hire orientation INLOGIC provides all employees with individual ID cards and biometric access. Staff members are asked to keep these access cards confidential and inform their supervisor and the Administration team of any loss misplacement or suspicion of unauthorised activity as we take the security of our premises very seriously. All premises are also monitored 24/7 under closed-circuit C-C-T-V surveillance. We also ask that employees only allow visitors and guests in the reception area and to not allow any unauthorised personnel or visitors into the work premises..

[Audio] At Inlogic we take great pride in our new-hire orientation process and how it gives our employees the best start. As part of this process it is important to be aware of our Probation Policy. During the first 6 months both you and Inlogic have the opportunity to evaluate if this is the right job for you. During this time a two-week notice period is required during the probationary period and a full review takes place after 180 days. Upon confirmation of the role a 90-day notice period is then required. Goal-setting is also an important part of the process and you and your manager can start to set short and long-term performance goals. With the right goals in place and support from management you can be confident of enjoying a fulfilling and successful experience at Inlogic..

Performance Review. Inlogic conducts continuous performance appraisal. KPIs are identified for each employee and job. Annual appraisals are done by the direct-report Manager and remunerations are awarded accordingly.

[Audio] Inlogic appreciates the importance of providing employees with the necessary paid time off to recharge and be able to perform their best. As part of our benefits package we provide 15 days of annual leave 12 days of sick leave and maternity leave as per Indian labor laws to ensure our employees are well taken care of..

[Audio] At Inlogic our payroll is processed monthly and salary is paid on the last working day of each month. Reimbursable expenses approved before this date will also be paid on the same day. To ensure payroll and expense reimbursement is done efficiently employees are to apply for and obtain approval from their managers for any leave of absence before the 25th of each month.
