Accounts payable - preparing, scanning and distributing invoices, responsibility for the professional handling of accounts payable invoices.
 Factual auditor - checks whether the content of the invoice is correct and corresponds to the purchase of the service or goods.
 Financial approver - checks whether the amount is justified and ensures that it is booked to the correct cost center. Has financial authority for the amount to be released.
