Scene 6 (3m 7s)

How to take the ultimate trip. JLL aims to achieve its sustainability objectives by not only focusing on new buildings, but also by maintaining the existing buildings. Increasing energy and maintenance costs is a common problem associated with older buildings, making it imperative for landlords and investors to consider while implementing asset enhancement strategies. We selected two functions that are predominantly involved in upgrading the old buildings. Project & Development Services (Project Management team(PMT) responsible for executing the upgrades and Property Asset Management Team (PAM) responsible for maintaining them. Establishing the level of upgrade and creating a strategic plan to meet the client's objectives is a joint effort therefore both functions are being considered. The macro market considered for analysis is Mumbai (Financial Capital), India..
