[Audio] IPSECA is the fundamental process implemented for work management execution of work and data collection. Today's world of TCE Maintenance Program ownership lies with Facility, Reliability and Integrity Engineers who own Task Packages, Procedures and Forms as part of the TOPs document Class. There are literally hundreds of Engineers who have to navigate the complicated Controlled Document Library Process that embeds Impact Assessments and Document Management of Change processes in one SharePoint interface that is managed by the information Governance Group. The role of this team is to support the document contacts and connects them to appropriate supporting Subject Matter Experts to review and affirm the content in the TOPs Documents. The output of the process is a triplicate system of document numbering, each one unique for each system. SharePoint uses an Item identification number, OpenText uses a separate document identification number and SAP creates a Document Identification Record for use within the S.A.P. Maintenance Plan design. The Master Data team uses the Task Packages to support the Maintenance plans that release work order to the work Management team so they can forecast long term and short term work and resources and subsequently schedule associated work to field technicians each month. The field technicians are the real customer that is impacted directly by the TOPs documentation which details what work should be completed and how it should be executed. The field technicians are also the ones responsible for submitting information into the BlueWorx work orders. This information gets transferred to S.A.P. Databases where the Data Management team within the Facility Asset Management team builds analysis tools to support the Engineers improve on the programs that they own. The challenge historically is that the data is not complete and can be inaccurate. The main data challenges include lack of Validation process, misalignment to associated equipment classes, completely missing groups of information and engineers who don't always know what data they need or how to get the data they want for equipment analysis. A review of what data is collected and how it is collected needs to be considered so that value can be embedded into the work completion and data inputs provided by the field techs..
