[Audio] We have some good news to share. Our patient satisfaction scores have been at a 100% for the last 6 months, this is an amazing accomplishment Pump scanning continues to be greater than 90%, great work! Medication scanning rate is greater than 98% as a unit, with the number of medications we give, this is quite an accomplishment, keep up the goo work. Call ins have been very low and usually when someone needs to call in the team is quick to pitch in and help cover/. We continue to see improvement in our fall safety documentation. When I last spoke to Dr Alabhai he is very happy with he work we are doing with his bariatric patient's..

[Audio] Unfortunately, there is some bad news to go with the good. Lately we have had an increased number of falls resulting in injury, this will be discussed in more detail later in the presentation. There have been an increase in medication errors including wrong choice medications and not scanning full dose of narcotics. Post surgical patients are not being ambulated properly. There have been issues regarding the pain control of patient's. There have been several occasions when patients were not ready for surgery coming from the floor. There have been two patient's that did not have armbands on. Patients have been sent home without Home health properly being set up Input and output issue with bariatric patients ..
