Investor Shall Deploy Funds for Construction Upto 15 Cr. Above 15Cr we have to Infuse Funds Jointly or Let go our Share of Profit (Say 10%) to the Tune of Funds Infused by Investor. Net Gain per Year shall be 7.60 cr x 40% = Rs 3 Crores (30% ROI p.a)

Special Note The only concern is investors shall be there for long term and we might not get a free hand regarding decisions will have to keep them in loop every time.

He wants to create some unique Structure which shall be 3 times of Fern Hotel Igatpuri. He shall give more details in Meeting to be held soon but his 3 points highlighted are as follows:- Access whether Front or Back Does Not Matter as per the Project Size. Road Cutting in Future is just Ahead of Our Plot so No Cutting shall be done our project. Electric Wires Passing and other Wire are out of our Plot Area..
