[Audio] Welcome to Aker Solutions Port Klang, One Stop Subsea Manufacturing centre. Health, Safety, Security and Environment, also called as HSSE is our core values. Your safety and security is our main priority while you are at our manufacturing centre. In the next few minutes, we will provide an overview of our site's HSSE requirements. Please pay close attention to the briefing as we mentioned to you earlier, our key element is to keep you safe and secured while you are here..

[Audio] Testing of fire alarm will be done on every Monday at 11am. You are not required to evacuate the building during this period. If there is an emergency, you will hear a continuous ringing of the emergency alarm. Please stay calm and your host will assist you to the nearest assembly point. Please use the stairway during an emergency and kindly hold the handrail..

[Audio] Aker Solutions Port Klang is one of the largest subsea centers in South East Asia which happens to be as an unique One Stop Centre for Subsea Production System. There are 5 different departments such as : MAT – where Assembly & Testing activities of Xmas Tree, Wellhead, Tie-In and HFL are done here. Subsea Controls Module, Valve and Coupling are produced at Controls Dept. Cladding and Machining works for Subsea products are carried out at Machining and Welding dept. At Fabrication, all structures and piping fabrication works are done here. We have Warehouse and Logistic for materials management. As there are various type of activities on going at our sites, on the upcoming slides, we will be sharing on the HSSE requirements that needs to be aware during the plant tour..

[Audio] Basic PPE such as Safety Shoe and Safety glasses are required for Plant Tour. Additional PPEs such as Safety Helmet and Long Sleeve jacket are required if you are visiting Fabrication Dept. Your host will assist you for the PPEs prior to the plant tour..

[Audio] During Plant tour, please stay with your host. Please be aware on the slip, trip and fall hazards where the areas are marked with yellow and black tape. When you are around our facilities, you may notice black and yellow cautions tape behind of few doors. Please be aware of the door opening / swinging marking. Do not stand or walk inside this area. Be caution and kindly open the door slowly. Kindly follow the green walkway, be vigilant all times, be aware of safety signs barricades and moving equipment in the workshop and adhere to safety rules and guideline. ​ Usage of mobile phone is prohibited at workshop areas except in offices area. If you need to take a call during plant tour, kindly step into a safe zone at manufacturing areas. Please do not use phone while you are walking. ​​ Photograph is not allowed at our manufacturing areas. You need to get approval from your host if need to take any pictures. Please use handrail when using the stairway..

[Audio] During the plant tour, You are encouraged to scan the QR code for Work Safe Card to report any positive or negative observation. You also can use this QR code for any suggestions for improvement. All of us are empowered to raise STOP work if there is any unsafe act or condition where immediate attention will be provided by HSSE / relevant personal. Your input will help us to improvement further and it is an opportunity for us to make a difference..

[Audio] Under the sustainability initiatives, we have started to ensure waste are disposed accordingly. This is to reduce negative impacts to our environment. Please join us in this initiative by disposing trash into the right bins, reduce single use of plastic and minimize waste where possible..

[Audio] If you're a smoker, all form of Smoking including e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in any part of the building or at any open areas at our facilities. Only to smoke at the designated locations. Kindly get your host to advice the nearest smoking location..
