24 February was a really sad day . The war started and we had to say goodbye to Petra at the same day. ?.

But we tried our best to fix what we can …. you ARE NINJASTIC ALDI.

… and re-organized HR functions ?. Promoting Anna from HR Assistant to HR Specialist To be responsible for all project and processes connected to employee well-being, employee experience and satisfaction, training & development, payroll support, third-party contracting, employee onboarding and offboarding..

And some miracle must have happened in the past 4 weeks. Because Mondays a month ago be like … #horrormondays ?.

… but lately it’s all good guys and we can #keep_productive . Thanks guys for being so amazing! <3.
