Leaves & Holiday Policy. Leave Accumulation & Encashment Un-availed Earned leave/s in a given year will be added to an employee’s leave balance. Accumulation of leaves cannot be more than 45 working days i.e. at any time an employee may not have more than 45 working days of leave standing at his/her leave balance. Accumulated leaves in excess to 45 working days shall be auto-encashed after the end of every calendar year. For separation cases, the balance of leaves will be paid with the Full & Final Settlement after all statutory deductions have been made. All encashment will be calculated on the basis of last drawn gross salary. Leave without Pay Leave without Pay is only an option for supporting employees to avail leave in case of ZERO Leave balance available & it is given purely at the Management’s discretion. If the period requested for LWP involves any holidays/weekly offs, the same shall be counted for salary deductions.
