Objective of the role : To manage Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Candidate Experience. Responsible for recruitment for mid & senior management staff, which includes recruitment strategy development, planning for execution, recruitment process management Position/Designation : HR - Talent Acquisition Department : Human Resources Location : Kalpataru Synergy, Santacruz, Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities:  To drive recruitment strategies by proactively researching on industry, market, and business unit specific factors impacting the planned TA vision/outlook  Be responsible for end to end hiring process for leadership roles across departments  Building and managing strong sourcing, selection and networking capabilities to hire in a cost effective environment and efficient manner  Building Campus Employer & Engagement Branding Framework to draw the attention of the top quartile talent from premier schools  Driving the adoption of Success Factors and ensuring system adherence  Develop employer brand strategy for Kalpataru to be the most preferred employer in the RE Industry.  Managing the online reputation of Kalpataru  Identify industry, market and competitor trends and share these insights  Conduct candidate experience survey responses and identify the core areas we can improve on; partner with the HRBPs to design a plan and execute it  Map competitive talent landscape and keep it updated; help HRBPs understand the pros and cons of competition.  Regular Interventions at onsite candidate experience & maintaining CSAT scores.  Ensure increase in conversion of offer to hire, improved conversion ratios, improved Glassdoor ratings, increase in referrals, etc.  Responsible for preparing key analytics for the monthly and quarterly Talent Acquisition reports  Ensure accuracy and data integrity of TA system through periodic review and audits.
