[Audio] My Group My team will be very diverse to get the most views from different angles Every person's idea and value will be taken into consideration Every person will remain positive Everyone will have their own role/responsibility My team will be as organized as possible Communication will be recognized as very, very important Everyone will respect one another There will be a strong leader to make sure everyone remains on track.

[Audio] Why is this team the most effective? The team will be very productive to achieve the end goal With the team having diversity and having an open mind, anything is possible The team is built on trust, respect and acceptance.
