[Audio] As we all are well aware to the fact that concept of home voting is very innovative approach to make the electoral process more accessible and inclusive. We hereby focuses on development of a Mobile-based Tracking Application. This application is designed to empower Booth Level Officers (BLOs), Resident Officers, and Electoral Officers by providing them with the tools needed to oversee and manage and monitoring home voting processes effectively. In the next few slides we understand the accessibility of Mobile Application at different administrative levels through various steps..

[Audio] The first and foremost step in this regard is User Authentication through which we can assure the Secured access to the mobile application. This authentication is done by the OTP verification through mobile or email..

[Audio] In step 2 we have a clear description of Persona's who are going to use the mobile application at different administrative levels. These persona's are majorly categorize in to three different administrative levels first is Office Operator who will be the admin Responsible for data curation, user management, and system administration, second one is Field operator who Tasked with conducting the voting process in the field, acknowledging assignments, and reporting and lastly Management persona who Requires reporting and oversight capabilities to monitor the entire home voting process..

[Audio] Step 3 explains the job responsibilities of office operator person like Election data curation where he can segregate the election data by creating election type in the mobile application, here above you can see the layout of pages for better understanding..

[Audio] After creating the election type the operator will do the user data curation by feeding the relevant information the mobile application. Here above we have given some suggestive persona and roles in the table and subsequently shown the type of form in the pictorial representation for ready reference..

[Audio] Lastly office operator will do the voter data curation and enter the voter data in accordance to the jurisdictional information. Here above you can see the sample form for the same..

[Audio] Step 4 is Booth Assignment as shown above this will have the capability to assign a single person for all booths within the district, as well as the option to assign multiple people to different booths/parts..

[Audio] In Step 5 Field operator comes in to the picture, here field operators play a pivotal role in the voting process, we majorly categorize his responsibilities in parts one is Job Acceptance where tasks related to the field are assigned to them, they need to acknowledge them. This ensures that the administration or management can be certain that the data has been passed properly..

[Audio] Second is Voting process in which Field operators use the mobile application to facilitate the voting process, capturing voter data and geotagged images. Here above you can see the same in pictorial representation..

[Audio] Last comes to reporting where the field operator can track voting statuses and pending information, here a report will be developed for the field operator/BLO..

[Audio] Step 6 consist of management persona which is developed to accommodate election officers and management, who may require different reporting formats to track the home election process and make decisions. We basically categorize the reporting formats in three ways one is Tabular Reporting in which Management users access tabular reports to review election progress by state, district, and voter. [Audio] Second way of reporting can be done through Chart based presentation here the administrative officer can Visualize progress through chart-based reports..

[Audio] Third way of reporting seems very interesting as here we will represent the reports though Maps where you can see the progress at a glance on single Map. Here we will develop map-based reporting where you can see booth location thematically with respect to their current statuses. We can also denote the statuses here in different colors for better and quick understanding..

[Audio] We have also kept a provision for some important other considerations as well like SMS and email notifications will be sent for each assignment, creation, or any event trigger to proactively notify users and facilitate ease of management, Voters will be notified with the home voting dates and other notifications within the application. Lastly we feel that this structured approach will help overcome challenges, increase voter participation, and strengthen the democratic foundation of the electoral process. This mobile based application will facilitate and provide ease various administrative officers for conducting home voting in their respective jurisdiction..
