We will delve into the company background of Jardine Schindler Group, Schindler HK, Holake HK and the business of new installations, Schindler modernization and Schindler and Holake repairs. [Audio] Our HHKL portfolio is heavily dominated by Schindler and Otis, with 1144 and 367 units respectively. Following them, Mitsubishi, Fuben and Hitachi are the next highest overall in terms of units. Particularly in terms of lift and escalator units, Schindler has the most with 2488; Otis and others follow in the second and third positions. This data paints a clear picture of how our HHKL portfolio compares to competitors in the market..

[Audio] Since 2014, our repair sales strategy has seen steady growth, culminating in total order revenue increasing from 39 million to 67 million in 2023. This trend can be further explored by taking a closer look at the numbers for the last nine years..

[Audio] The workshop focuses on the sales strategy for the JSG Repair Service. Our aim is to identify the services that will contribute the most to our income in 2023. The chart and table illustrate the income generated by different services, such as water damage, vandalism, and safety improvement. We can see that water damage is the biggest contributor in 2023, while escalator services are next in line. Our sales strategy must take these data into account to ensure a consistent commitment to these services..

[Audio] We can see that HHKL will be utilizing a comprehensive strategy by 2024, in order to deliver repairs and maintenance to various entities. This will include conducting brake load tests on escalators to guarantee safety, performing pre and post tests overhauls, adding TeleAlarms into old residential buildings, and renewing indicators for commercial buildings and hotels. With this strategy, we are committed to offering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our customers..
