[Audio] Develop a game that helps children. develop a healthy relationship with food. Allows children and their parents understand the impact of food and consequences of our choices. Research shows that children learn best with their parents, co- using apps (Castro, 2019).

[Audio] Critical Thinking allows children to track, learn and monitor their food and their intake of their foods. Creating a health relationship with food to help promote a healthy lifestyle well into their adulthood. Technology has increased the reduction of childhood obesity through tele-health. Being able to have appointments with at risk youth without having to find rides of way to the doctor's office allows children to have regular visits to better their health and decrease their risk of obesity caused illnesses. Telehealth has allowed parents to be more active and participate in their child's care compared to in-person visits (Spring, 2021).
