[Audio] Going forward, automation failure tickets will NOT BE RAISED using the HALP APP or the /HALP command. Instead, we'll be posting the issue in the below-mentioned format directly onto #tf-automation-failures channel and creating a ticket using the ticket emoji.

[Audio] 2. 3 Day Florence: Duomo Entrance Ticket TGID 13012 and related combos- 15259, 15260 we have refunded all the bookings till 20th August. Slots are closed till 30th September for this and associated combos. Bookings received for DOV post that can be moved to pending. For TGID 3492 and ALL Warner Bros Studio tours whose local partner info shows " Axis and Globe " we do not provide, pick and drop off at all. So If guest call or come on chat saying they are at the meeting point, please tell them to reach the venue directly. If they say they're okay with it that's great, IF NOT. They would say they paid for transport and would want a refund or a solution. Apologize and offer them 20 to 25% refund just for the transport and convince them that we are currently not providing bus and we will update the info. The Halp has already been raised and solved but we have affected booking ( 150+) until end of this month and this is how we have to approach this.

[Audio] 5. Thank you for always taking the initiative to post a ping whenever you come across something that needs immediate attention. However, going forward would like you to do so in the format given below a. Make sure to run it by one of the leads. b. Post a detailed ping with screenshots, if needed. c. Give a clear context/ background as to why something is happening. d. Post a loom (no matter how small the update seems to be) explaining the update with the help of a live example/booking to help people have better context and also because some understand better when explained. The goal here is to make things as clear as crystal, leaving no scope for the team to misconstrue the written text..
