About Us? We are a group consisting of 6 students who are currently enrolled with York University named  “ArriveCANfromIND” . Our   plan is to help the students enrolled with our university regarding their travel plans during this time of Pandemic. We have a first-hand experience pertaining to the exploitation experienced by the students especially from India and on the basis of our varied travel experiences, we have enough information and wish to provide consultation services to the incoming students.

Why to choose us? Our purpose is to help our students with:  Incurring comparatively lower cost to initiate their travel.  General information regarding immigration.  Country specific rules and regulations.  Airport Pick-ups and Quarantine Hotel Accommodation.

Scene 5

Sunaina Mohnani  manages the finances of our team and keeping an account of every transaction. She handles the responsibility for the payment and processing of consultation charges and quarantine accommodation charges.

Bhawani Charak  will look into the quarantine accommodation. She will also manage the hotel booking, food and refreshment related arrangements for the students.

Peeyush Bansal  will address to all the queries of the students related to any issue or problem faced by them regarding the questionnaire, visa, passport, quarantine accommodation, covid vaccination or any processing charges.

Saurav Suneja , a student council member, has complete knowledge about the process of immigration to Canada and has travelled in the Covid-19 scenario. Being an experienced member of the team, he leads and assigns various duties to other team members.

Arshdeep Singh , has complete knowledge about the visa process, will be updating students regarding the requirements such as visa fees, other charges, accommodation, requirement of certain supporting documents and other mandatory details regarding the travel guidelines. He will also be assisting the students in case of any transit visa required to travel.

Varun Kumar   act as a coordinator. Students can connect with him via emails in case they want to get certain forms filled up on their behalf which includes the questionnaire, quarantine accommodation form, medical form and any sort of declaration form, if required. He will also keep the students informed about the changes in the covid19 travel rules and regulations, necessary and mandatory documents.

Questionnaire A short questionnaire wherein every student will be needed to mention few details that will help us figure out what sort of assistance is required from our end and will also help us to recognize the specific travel needs and further understand if the student needs one-on-one assistance or group guidance.

Scene 8

Analyzing  Based on the information received from the students, the questionnaire will be analyzed by our experienced team of experts using ArriveCANfromIND software, where we will further divide the students on the basis of their region and their month of travel. This will help the university to figure out the on-campus accommodation requirements and the university will be able to update the government of Canada regarding the exact number of incoming students during a particular month.

Scene 9

Preparation of Report  Once the questionnaire and analysis are completed, we will be providing a detailed report stating the short comings in the university’s policy regarding international students during the current pandemic. Our expert staff will also draw conclusions based on the summarization of all the responses which will help the university to determine the influx pattern of the international students.

Schedule Our team will be available as per the following schedule for answering general questions of the students:  Monday to Friday  – 10:00 to 17:00  Saturday and Sunday  – 11:00 to 16:00  E-mail all days of the week  -  ArriveCANfromIND@gmail.com   We also organize webinars every Sunday for students for general questions related to travelling. If any of the students wish to participate in the webinar, they can submit their entry by sending an e-mail on the above-mentioned email address.
