Introduction This study presents an exploratory general idea of the study on “ Student’s Perception on the Effectiveness of Virtual Classes in the Development of Skills in Food and Beverages at Bestlink College of the Philippines.” It aimed to respond to the following question: (1) How many respondents of the 2th year college students are described in terms of: Age, Gender, Civil Status (2) What make the virtual classes effective in terms of the skills development of BSHM students relative to Food and Beverage (3) What difficulties are encountered by the respondents as regards to for mentioned variables (4) How do BSHM college students perceive the effectiveness of virtual classrooms approaches in terms of skills development in Food and Beverages (5) What recommendations may be crafted for the school administers and faculty in order to further improve the virtual classes for BSHM students..

Methods This study utilizes the descriptive method design for the investigation and collecting information about student’s perception on the effectiveness of virtual classes in the development of skills in food and beverages through online classes of the BSHM student. The researcher gathered data with the use of survey questionnaires administered via google forms from 2 th year college students, and the target is fifty (50) respondents’ students at Bestlink College of the Philippines Academic Year 2021-2022..

Result The result of the survey shows the frequency and percentage distribution of respondents in terms of Age. 24 percent of the respondent ages 21, 48 percent of the respondent ages 22, 14 percent ages 23, 4 percent of the respondents ages 24, 6 percent of the respondents ages 25, and the remaining 2 percent ages, and 26-27 years old. Therefore, the majority of the respondents are in the early adulthood..

Discussion Based on the gathered data this study was conducted to investigate the Student’s Perception on the Effectiveness of Virtual Classes in the Development of skills in Food and Beverages at Bestlink College of the Philippines. The data were gathered from a questionnaire distributed to the students using online survey to identify their opinion and determine how they perceive the effectiveness of virtual classrooms in enhancing their skills using online class. The purpose of this study was to examine students’ perceptions towards the online education based upon the online learning experiences they had. Students’ perceptions toward online education based on their own experiences have been examined. The factors which shaped those students’ online education experiences have also been investigated. The researcher observed the difference of online class and actual performance to compared by students experienced..
