BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY. BY April OF 2020, unemployment rates hit their highest level since the recession. As a result, requests for unemployment benefits have grown, even though millions of individuals who have lost their jobs have been unable or have had difficulty claiming this benefit. However, these numbers do not reflect the extent to which households are struggling financially because of a COVID-19-related job loss. All ages have been affected by the COVID-19 epidemic as workers have become sick. Due to the pandemic's effect on Filipino laborers, the government has implemented a series of drastic adjustments. In addition, global crises like poverty and hunger have become worse, making it more difficult for nations like the Philippines to deal with these difficulties. Given the current economic situation, many individuals are unable to meet the daily necessities of life since they depend on their family members for financial help. Humanitarian assistance cannot keep up with the rising need to feed the world's ever-increasing population. Unemployed Filipinos are wise enough to solve the situation. Filipinos are professional in their job and depend on their abilities. This will help them grow and uncover their skills. SCOPE AND DELIMITATIONS. Our purpose is to help Filipinos in Malanday , Marikina with unemployment. 49 jobless Filipinos from Malanday , Marikina City, told us how the epidemic impacted their ability to maintain their families and handle money. Through the interview, we want to learn about their pandemic experiences, ideas, emotions, and opinions. We also asked how their lives altered after the outbreak. RESEARCH DESIGN. As a researcher we find this suitable for our experimental to our research, experimental research can manipulate many participants and access variety as many as possible but not unlike the non- on-experimental research it cannot be control and that it has a limit to it, and the subject as analyze observe and evaluate the answers from the participants we notice that not all Filipino re not capable of sustaining budget in each and individual family. It also challenges to the Filipino workers to find a permanent job because of the pandemic that is happening right now, with that many workers are still finding ways and making ideas and strategies on how they will be able to find solutions in the daily problems that they encounter every day..
POPULATION. Currently, there are over 40,416 population and 9,582 households living in Malanday Marikina. In terms of measure, the Barangay Malanday had the highest amount of unemployment at 1,804 or 12.5 percent of its labor force. The target population was the people living in Malanday Marikina. According to the finalization results of the survey, an overall total of 49 respondents have taken the survey. 91.8% of those 49 respondents agreed to the statement of the question to minimize the effects towards COVID-19..
SAMPLING METHOD. Researchers used the purposive sampling to think about the respondents, they believe the sentiment of the respondents of the Brgy . Malanday and Marikina will help them to deepen their understanding and to know the research better through the answers of the respondents. It will also help them to know the main key points of the research to find the solution. Because of the pandemic every Filipino unemployment workers are struggling and thinking their own strategy on how they will be able to survive everyday with not having enough budget to sustain their own individual families, nevertheless this research doesn’t only focuses to the unemployment Filipino workers rather they also focuses on the same interest which it is advantages and beneficial to us researchers to form our methods and our findings based on what we gather information to our research..
DATA COLLECTION PROCEDURE. In collecting data, we are tasked to ask questions about our topic, we use surveys to collect data. As we send the form to our respondents we run a little observation on our questions, it may offend the respondents by giving them some personal questions about their recent jobs. We are focusing on the data and records based on the response of our chosen respondents. Ways to collect data are a bit confusing because we must get relevant resources, respondents, and other information about our topic. We got 49 respondents who answered our questions. 91.8% of them agree that the health protocols are effective in terms of minimizing or controlling the COVID-19. 63.3% of respondents find it difficult to budget their expenses when they lose their job during this pandemic. But still 81.6% of them are willing to continue working during the pandemic, and 89.8% of them find it hard to get a job during this pandemic..

RECOMMENDATION. Individuals who are empowered need programs that educate them how to conserve money and maintain financial stability. When health-care systems fail, both direct and indirect mortality from vaccine- and treatment-preventable illnesses skyrocket. Our country must make difficult decisions to combine rapid response to Covid-19 with strategic planning and deliberate effort to maintain basic health care service while limiting system collapse. There must be collaborative methods among responsible agencies to expand social amelioration packages to reduce people's financial incapacity and provide recommendations on a set of focused urgent steps that our neighboring nations can explore at national, regional, and local levels to restructure and sustain access to high-quality critical health services for all.
