Green Apple Tours proposes to deliver a holistic tourism service. Offering a first class concierge service with knowledgeable staff which has an in depth knowledge of Cape Town and its surrounding. We successfully operate and manage turnkey hospitality solutions incorporating Concierge, Dedicated guest transport and Porter services. We pride ourselves in offering a world-class and tailored experience, making sure that each and every one of our guests are provided with personal care and excellent service. Payment Terms as agreed: Green Apple Tours will invoice The Southern Sun – Waterfront for the Retainer Income, on the 1st of every month and as agreed payment to be made by the 7th of that month. 2.3 Dedicated Vehicle Fleet | Staffing and Shuttle Services Green Apple Tours will station a dedicated fleet of 4 vehicles at Southern Sun Waterfront. The vehicles consist of the following:.

Offices & Staff Complement Green Apple Tours Head Office is in Cape Town and we have a representative office located in Johannesburg. The Johannesburg office has senior staff members who manage the role of operations and act as client liaison in that city. Driver Selection Criteria An individual’s legal entitlements to drive would have been established prior to Green Apple Tours granting driving authority. Driving entitlements are current and cover the category of vehicle in question. Drivers must have a zero accident record and a driving history with no convictions for serious road traffic offences. Copy of the licenses, including Public Drivers Permits are taken, dated and held on file by Green Apple Tours. Licenses are subsequently subject to inspection on an annual basis. All Driver applicants’ language skills, driver ability and relevant road network knowledge are assesed by Green Apple Tours. References are sought from previous employers and written evidence is kept on file. Practical on-road driving assessments in the category of the vehicle driven are also undertaken. Assessments last a minimum of one hour and are conducted by an appointed assessor. The date and results of the assessments are recorded and held on file by Green Apple Tours. Vehicle Fleet Green Apple Tours will not compromise on the standard of the vehicles that are supplied and consequently ensure that stringent controls are in place.
