[Audio] 2. TJ Maxx collections and next steps - We have visited a number of TJ Maxx stores in New York. We have done some study of their products in this category, have talked with a salesperson in the shop. (We have a short video with a voice recording telling us what sells well there.) - We need advice as to what the next steps are. - (a) What are we doing to prepare samples in the subcategories organized at TJ Maxx? (b) Or we present the lines that we think are different but can sell well in terms of price point and styles. - See the sub-categories shown by images in the next slides..

[Audio] 2.2. We can do much better in stone quality as we are the expert in gemstones. We have a large variety to choose from. Packing can be improved in terms of design and quality too..

[Audio] 3. Sell as Set Sell as a set: we find a few styles are selling as "set" as the one below is called the " chakra" collection with 7 different stones of 7 bracelets selling for $ 29.

[Audio] 4. Stones that sell well at TJ Maxx What stones sell well at TJ Maxx? We asked a shop assistant to record a short conversation as to what stones are selling well. She mentioned: amethyst, tiger eye, lava stone, agate, jade, and so on. ( video on the next slide).

[Audio] 5. TJ Maxx collections and next steps Further research and study. We have invited a number of our gemstone beaded jewelry designer customers to help with a comprehensive study of this "beaded semi-precious gemstone jewelry" retail market. We will look into what sells at different big box stores in terms of styles, quality, and pride points, as well as brands. We will also see how " Pantone colors" are playing out in the trend. Also, look into different social media to understand cultural influences played out assorted with race and lifestyles..
