Helpful Tips:. If endorsement request requires review by the service team, it is helpful to include all necessary details in the original referral to avoid back and forth Upload supporting documentation when request is submitted (appraisal for jewelry item, trust questionnaire, alarm cert, etc.).

Caveats:. Brokers are not able to process endorsements prior to renewals or already processed endorsements in the system Ex. Renewal processed effective 12/15/2021, broker needs to add jewelry item effective 12/13/2021, this will need to be emailed in to the service team for processing Brokers are not able to backdate changes over 7 days Ex. Insured purchased a new vehicle 12/01/2021, informed broker on 12/14 of change needed, will require review/approval by service team since over 7 days Pending endorsements will automatically be deleted from the system after 14 days if a hold is not placed.
