On 1 st Aug 2020 at GAC Al Khor while loading a frame inside the half height basket for client job, one rigger try to adjust the lifting sling because one side of frame went inside and one side was still above the basket, during adjusting the sling frame suddenly slid down little bit and within second one corner angle (marked in the attached picture) hit on left hand center finger near nail was injured..
