1.General Information. Internal Site office layout consists of: Mercury Management offices, Welfare facilities including Male and Female toilets, site canteen, drying room, locker area, Vaping and Smoking area. Every person (worker, visitor, manager etc) will be registered at the security gate and required to register on data scope system. All contractors and site visitors MUST have a site induction before accessing site.. Security will require Mercury online safety induction certificate to access the facilities. NO ONLINE INDUCTION, NO ENTRY NO Online INDUCTION, NO ENTRY.
1.General information. Parking: Drive to the designated Mercury Car Park (no street parking). The car park is 2 minutes away from the site. Use the walkway to reach the site. Signing In: Sign in with security upon arrival. If it is your first day on site that week, sign in. New personnel will be directed to the office for a site induction. Induction: Complete the site induction if you are new to the site. Post-induction, talk to your supervisor about your tasks and ensure that you read, understand, and sign the RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements). Before Entering the Site: Make sure the QEHSPA (Quality, Environment, Health, Safe Plan of Action) is completed and signed by the necessary parties. Commencing Work: Subcontractors can begin their work once all the above steps are completed. Daily Meetings: Supervisors must attend a whiteboard meeting at 7:30 AM every morning. Any information discussed during the meeting should be relayed back to their team..
