[Audio] Energy Management Project Management Technical Services Energy Management is the process of evaluating, monitoring, controlling and conserving energy within a building or organization, resulting in increased efficiency, reduced costs, lowered carbon emissions and a healthier workplace. Sodexo can also reduce this further by sourcing 100% Renewable Electricity from utility suppliers, and where this is not possible, Sodexo can enable on or offsite renewable energy generation or arrange renewable energy certificates and carbon offsets to support this transition. Project Management delivers change in a transparent and organized way, clearly defining scope, planning and estimating the works required and then delivering against the plan while continually tracking time, cost, quality and risk. It provides comprehensive guidance on the best ways to approach a project and how to deliver the same high-quality service to our clients wherever they operate Technical Services are services that we provide directly on clients’ sites. The unique value of Sodexo lies in understanding our clients' different needs. Our Technical Services dimension gives us the flexibility to match the right dimension(s) of service to our clients to ensure we deliver the service requirements, quality and value they need. Through Technical Services delivery, we provide support to the following aspects of our clients’ properties.
