[Audio] Lifecycle of mushrooms The four basic stages to the life cycle of a Mushroom: Spore, Germination, Colonisation, Fruiting and Sporulation.
[Audio] The main parts of Mushrooms are- Cap- Round, oval, with a smooth slightly curved surface Stalk- Cylindrical structure that supports and connects the cap to mycelium Ring- The thin, membranous structure covers the stem near the cap Mycelium- the underground thread like network that feeds on organic matter Gills- The thin blade like structure that radiates from the stem and the line underside the cap where spores form.

Poisonous mushrooms have a bad odour while the edible mushroom have a sweet scent In poisonous mushrooms worms are absent on the other hand worms are present in edible mushrooms.
