[Audio] Good morning everyone. Today I would like to introduce our Corporate Promotion presentation. We will be discussing the Columbia University SPS 2023 Fall Virtual Career Fair and the top ten companies which conducted the most interviews and live chats. Let's get started!.

[Audio] The Columbia University SPS 2023 Fall Virtual Career Fair was held from August 21st to September 28th, featuring activities such as live chats, info session visits, applications, and position postings. On the event day, September 21st, a total of registered students participated, with 50.5% deemed qualified, 38.6% deemed excellent, and 10.9% deemed unqualified. The top 10 companies that held the most interviews/live chats were Northeast Securities, Nestlé, Baidu, and Atheneum Partners..

[Audio] It was a successful Columbia University SPS 2023 Fall Virtual Career Fair, with 50.5% of candidates considered qualified, 38.6% excellent, and 10.9% unqualified. A number of major companies participated, such as Northeast Securities, Nestlé, Baidu, and Atheneum Partners. Employer review revealed that finance, banking, insurance, and security industries had the highest participation at 29.0%. Internet saw 24.0%, manufacturing 12.0%, IT 12.0%, and the professional services, FMCG, and education industries made up the remainder. The Fair provided students with a valuable opportunity to connect and learn from some of the world’s top businesses..

[Audio] The Columbia University SPS 2023 Virtual Career Fair saw a successful turnout with 50.5% of candidates deemed qualified, 38.6% considered excellent and 10.9% unqualified. This has proved it to be a highly competitive event, with the top companies seeing intense interest from job seekers. The chart below illustrates the top ten companies that conducted the most interviews and the number of interviews they carried out. Northeast Securities lead with 27 interviews, followed by Nestlé and Baidu with 22 and 18 respectively. Atheneum Partners, Eastmoney Securities and SF Express came in next, with 18, 17 and 17 interviews respectively. Hanglung and PwC conducted 16 and 15 interviews respectively, and Wlcent and Canaan respectively conducted 14 and 10..

[Audio] A total of 438 candidates participated in the Columbia University SPS 2023 Fall Virtual Career Fair. Out of these, 38.6% performed exceptionally well, 50.5% demonstrated a qualified level and 10.9% were unqualified, based on their performance in the interviews/live chats. The top four companies conducting the most interviews/live chats were Northeast Securities, Nestlé, Baidu and Atheneum Partners. Of the 438 participants, 169 had excellent ratings, 221 were rated as qualified and 48 were unsuccessful. [Audio] Employers at Columbia's SPS 2023 Virtual Career Fair were very satisfied with their overall experience, according to data obtained from questionnaires. 41.5% of employers spent more than four hours in their interviews/live chats, 45.3% invested between two to four hours, and 13.2% invested less than two hours. Furthermore, 39.5% of employers rated themselves as very satisfied, 56.5% as satisfied, 4% as unsatisfied, and 0% as very unsatisfied. [Audio] The feedback from the Columbia University SPS 2023 Fall Virtual Career Fair was overwhelmingly positive. Of those surveyed, 35% were highly satisfied, 51% were satisfied, and 12% recorded their response as fair. There was also minimal room for improvement with only 2% responding that there was still room to improve. The chart also shows that an overwhelming majority of 91% of applicants would like to continue to participate in the future virtual career fairs, with only 6% willing to participate after adjusting the positions and a small 3% depending on the number of applicants. This indicates that the virtual career fair was a success and there is plenty of interest in participating in future career fairs of this kind. This is an excellent opportunity for companies to connect with potential applicants and increase their chances of hiring the best voices for the job..

[Audio] The next topic of this presentation is the number of interviews and live chats conducted and their duration. The most popular length of interviews and live chats ranged from 5 to 10 minutes, followed by between 10 to 20 minutes, 5 minutes or less and more than twenty minutes. As illustrated in this chart, 46.6% of candidates took part in 1-3 interviews or live chats, 30.4% in 4 to 7 interviews or live chats, 12.7% in 8 to 10 interviews or live chats and 10.3% in more than 10 interviews or live chats..

[Audio] Students participating in the Columbia University SPS 2023 Fall Virtual Career Fair performed exceptionally well, with 88.8% rated as qualified or above for the position. Questionnaire data revealed that 73% of attendees were highly satisfied with the experience, illustrating the event's success. Furthermore, 0.35 participants attended the 8-11am EST session, 0.39 attended the 8-11pm EST session, and 0.25 attended both sessions. This data indicates the tremendous success of student participation in the virtual career fair..

[Audio] The Columbia University SPS 2023 Fall Virtual Career Fair had an extensive operation review. Participating departments included IT, Marketing, Global Supply, OC, and Supportive. Customer Relationship had the most participants with 17. To help ensure the success of the event, employers provided posters, a guidance brochure, job postings, and a live chat room setting. Candidates were also given access to a 1V1 mock test before the event and 1v1 support during the event. In addition to this, a staff member provided support through live video, and 7 rounds of job promotion were handled via WeChat groups with an instruction video of the virtual platform..

[Audio] The Columbia University SPS 2023 Fall Virtual Career Fair saw ten top companies in attendance, amongst them Xueersi Education and Citics Securities. Data from the event shows that Xueersi Education's info session room was visited 86 times, and the live chat room of Citics Securities had 60 people in queue. The event was a great success, with a high number of qualified applicants visiting the virtual booths of the companies..
