We have designed our technology stack EcoStruxure to maximize value for our customers. Our focus on electrification digitalization and sustainability aligns with our goal of creating customer loyalty and recognition before acting on a transaction. We are changing the game we play by making five key changes. First we are moving from non-structured reactive to a pro-active segment approach. This allows us to better understand our customers' needs and tailor our solutions to their specific goals. Second we prioritize long-term co-creation of value before moving towards execution of the project. This helps build trust and establish a strong relationship with our customers. Third we create value-based solutions that match with our customers' strategic and/or operational goals. This ensures that our solutions are relevant and provide real value to our customers. Fourth we are moving away from product selling to developing a clear Value Proposition based on Total Cost of Ownership Return On Investment Disruptive or other values. This will help our customers make informed decisions and understand the true cost of our solutions. Finally we actively develop and support our alliance partner landscape. This will allow us to expand our reach and provide even more value to our customers. By implementing these changes we will enhance our customer loyalty and business based on a clear understanding of their needs and goals.
