Configuration required from 1. Ethswitch Ethswith configure Yagout Pay as a hosted bank on the national switch(Host to CBS specification protoicol) Ethswtich will manage Yagout Pay merchants and terminals Ethswitch will provide terminal port on test environment but for production environment terminals will configured by simcard from ethiotelecom Ethswitch will authenticate each transactions by using ethswitch HSM Ethswitch will provide terminal master key for each Yagout Pay terminals Ethswitch provides dispute management portal for Yagout Pay if issuer banks raise dispute for Yagout Pay merchants.

2. Yagout Pay If Yagout Pay needs advice message to identify how many online transactions are performed on their specific terminal, Yagout Pay must have a system which is configured with Ethswitch with CBS Specification protocol (as hosted bank configuration) Yagout Pay is responsible for merchant and terminal account because settlement and reconciliation will done based on merchant account and terminal account so Yagout Pay needs to have a system to manage merchant and terminal account If Yagout Pay needs daily settlement and reconciliation report by file (OBI file), needs integrations with CBS vendor by using OBI specification document.

Ethswitch responsibilities for daily settlement and reconciliation (for Yagout Pay and Yagout Pay sponsor bank) Ethswitch provides daily bank settlement reconciliation and member net position report to Yagout Pay and Yagout Pay sponsor bank Etswitch will share daily settlement and reconciliation report by file (OBI file) if Yagout Pay needs OBI file but it needs integrations with Yagout Pay system by using OBI specification document. Ethswitch settle all transaction from Yagout Pay terminals with Yagout Pay Sponsor bank.

Yagout Pay responsibilities for daily settlement and reconciliation Yagout Pay Sponsor bank should sent official letter Yagout Pay merchant should send all POS batch for all transaction done on their terminals for Ethswitch Yagout Pay manage all merchants and merchants account Yagout Pay manage (credit) merchant accounts using reconciliation and member net position report If Yagout Pay needs daily settlement and reconciliation report by file (OBI file), needs integrations with Yagout Pay system by using OBI specification document.
