International Women’s Day Celebration. Objective To appreciate the efforts and contribution of all the female staffs and celebrate the spirit of womanhood . Duration 2 hrs Materials Required Thank you cards, A small gift, Chocolates Snacks Group Size Entire Store Description This event will be clubbed with multiple activities for which the detailed description will be shared.

Holi Celebration/ Utsav. Objective To enjoy the festivity Duration 60 min Materials Required Snacks, Sweets Group Size Entire Store Description Store team will get together on a specific day before store opening and can carry the ethnic attire during the celebration, the event can be clubbed with multiple activities like dance ,singing or any game .Followed by the Sweets snacks. As a new monthly initiative “ Utsav ” should be planned along with this celebration with R&R for the month. Note: Use of colours to play Holi should be strictly not allowed.

Blind Hunt. Objective To create fun during break time and To celebrate the child in you. Duration 30 min Materials Required A cold drink bottle, Drinking glass and blind folds Group Size Any Number Description Divide associates into a team of 4 TMs each including one leader. 3 TMs will wear blindfold and leader will not. Leader has to give instructions to TM1 and TM2 so that they can hunt a bottle and a glass around them respectively. TM3 will pour the cold drink for leader without spilling it. Leader has to drink without using his hands and not spilling it. Team completing the task in minimum time would be the winner..

Umang Celebration. Objective : To celebrate the performance of the entire region at one Plate form . Number of participants : All the Managers. Tools needed : Online Participation Link. Running the Activity : It’s a Digital Award programme to facilitate our champions online in the presence of Senior Management and entire Team. The winners will include the champs of the PPI, Star Performers, Contest winners, and Extra ordinary performers. Will Celebrate the Passion, Skills and the Spirit of our Team..
